Our service is predominantly executive recruitment, Director, VP and C-level in both permanent, interim and temporary placements. We usually fill roles through our existing networks, search or headhunting.

In order to support the global growth of your organisation, we can payroll people in any country, and in any currency if your current set up does not cater for this. A global company ourselves, we have the ability to employ individuals on your behalf, for the interim or longer term, for any countries you may be wishing to expand into where you may not already have a local holding company.

We guide you through the whole process. We provide extensive knowledge of the company and role, coach you through the interview stages, and check in with you every step of the way to make sure you are fully supported. We are always available on the end of the phone or video call.

We believe in honesty and transparent communication. We will always provide you with feedback when it is shared with us, whatever that looks like, and never leave you wondering.

After successful placements are made within your organisation, we keep in touch, check in with you at regular intervals and are always on hand to offer our expertise and support whenever required. We offer all of our senior executive placements six onboarding professional coaching sessions, via our partnership with the prestigious Hult Ashridge Business School. We do this as part of our commitment to the success of the placement we make, their professional development and your business prosperity.

Once JMR have successfully placed you in your executive role, our relationship doesn’t end there. We are so committed to your successful onboarding and integration into your new position, that every senior executive will receive six free confidential executive coaching sessions.

We understand going into a new organisation can be somewhat daunting and a bit lonely, even for the most seasoned professionals, so we have teamed up with the prestigious Hult Ashridge Business School. You will be matched with a shortlist of coaches by Hult Ashridge based on your personal criteria, and have the opportunity to meet with the shortlist to select the coach that’s right for you. We will continue to check in with you regularly throughout this process and beyond.
