Privacy

JMR cares about your privacy.

We will be the controller of the personal data you provide. We collect your name, address, phone numbers and online contact details (for example email address, LinkedIn profile name, Skype account).

We need your data to deliver our services as an executive search company. We will not collect any data not required to perform this service.

We use several suppliers (known as data processors) to store and process your information. We also share your information with our executive search clients. We are working with suppliers and clients to ensure that they will comply with any required data protection regulations. We have a data protection policy and processes to help us do our best to protect your personal information.

When you respond with interest to our approach on LinkedIn or via email, or to a job advert, we have a legitimate business interest to store your CV/resume, AI recordings/transcriptions of our meetings and any other information you share with us and share it internally within JMR.  As executive search is an industry where long-term relationships are key, we will securely store the information you share with us in case your dream role comes up in a few years’ time.

If you want us to erase your data we would be happy to do so – see our data protection policy below or email us on contact@jmrglobal.com

We will not share any data externally without your informed consent, for example we will not put your CV/resume forward for a role without first explaining the role to you and gaining your agreement to be put forward.

If you wish to provide personal information about others (for example, a referee) you must obtain and record their agreement for their information to given to us.

If you are an EU citizen or resident, you may have the right to request access to your personal information. Please contact us to discuss further.

Our full data protection policy is linked below and will be regularly reviewed and updated: JMR Data Protection Policy

AI Usage

What this policy covers

This page explains how JMR Global uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools in our work with clients and candidates. We want to be straightforward about what AI does in our process, where human judgement takes over, and how we handle your data.

If you have a question not answered here, contact us at contact@jmrglobal.com.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to support our work across executive search, talent consultancy, and candidate services. In practice, that means:

Research and sourcing. AI helps us map markets, identify relevant candidates, and gather intelligence on sectors and organisations. It speeds up the groundwork so our consultants spend their time on the decisions that matter.

Document drafting. We use AI to draft candidate reports, job briefs, proposals, and correspondence. Every document produced with AI support is reviewed and edited by a JMR consultant before it reaches you.

Operational support. AI tools help us manage our pipeline, track commitments, and keep our internal records up to date.

What AI does not do: make hiring decisions, assess candidates without human review, or represent JMR's professional judgement on its own.

Human oversight. No exceptions.

Every AI-assisted output is reviewed by a JMR consultant before it leaves the building. If a candidate report, a proposal, or an introduction email was drafted with AI support, a named consultant has read it, stands behind it, and takes responsibility for it.

If you ask us whether something was written by AI, we will tell you. We do not hide it. The honest answer is always: "drafted with AI support, reviewed by [name]."

Call recording and transcription

We use an AI notetaking tool to transcribe our calls for internal purposes. This allows us to capture commitments accurately, brief colleagues, and maintain a clear record of what was discussed.

Transcripts are not shared with or sold to third parties. Data is stored securely with restricted access. If you would prefer we do not record the call, please let us know in advance or at the start of the call and we will make alternative arrangements.

Your data

JMR Global is registered in England and Wales (Company Number 07954425). We operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Candidate data is held in our secure CRM system and in our internal AI tools, which operate within a private JMR workspace. We do not paste candidate personal data into publicly accessible AI platforms. Where JMR acts as a data processor on a client's behalf, we do so under documented instructions.

For full details of how we collect, store, and use personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Questions and concerns

If you have a question about how AI is used in your specific engagement, ask your JMR consultant directly. If you have a concern about data handling, contact us at contact@jmrglobal.com.

We are a founder-led business. There is always a person at the end of the line.
