After earning a First-Class Honours law degree in Australia and practising as a lawyer and litigator for seven years with Australian magic circle firms, Susan has applied her legal expertise to specialise in finance, medical, insurance, and professional negligence recruitment. Since joining JMR in 2018, she has broadened her specialisms, including expanding into technology and other sectors, all while maintaining her focus on building strong, lasting partnerships with clients and candidates.
Her career also includes a successful entrepreneurial stint in Malaysia, where she launched a creative design company. This diverse experience, coupled with her time working across Australia, Asia, and Europe, enables Susan to bring a unique, multi-faceted approach to recruitment.
